We are currently seeking a dedicated and collaborative Assistant Nurse Manager to join our Inpatient Surgical Unit leadership team.

Position Summary:The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) will support the Nurse Manager in overseeing daily operations of the inpatient surgical unit, ensuring high-quality, safe, and efficient patient care. The ANM provides leadership and clinical expertise, supervises nursing staff, coordinates staffing and patient flow, and fosters a culture of excellence, teamwork, and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors of Science in Nursing
• Experience: 3 years nursing experience
• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN License required and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
