What You Can Expect:

• Support clinical staff in a multispecialty clinic (Internal Medicine, Gastroenterology, General Surgery).
• Oversee staffing needs, including scheduling and workload management.
• Provide education and training for nursing staff to ensure clinical competency and professional growth.
• Serve as a resource and mentor for nurses and support staff.
• Collaborate with providers to optimize patient care and workflow efficiency.
• Assist in developing and implementing policies to enhance clinical operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Hours vary between 7:30a - 5p. 

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's of Nursing Degree
• Experience: 3 years' experience
• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
